A United States M5A1 bayonet for the M1 Garand, offered with its M8A1 scabbard. Both pieces are described as being in good condition and the set is sold used under stock number MEW2834 in our bayonets group. The listing does not name a maker or date, so buyers should rely on the photos for the specific markings on this example.

An M5A1 completes a Garand that has been missing its bayonet, and the M8A1 scabbard means it can be hung from a belt or displayed as a set rather than as a loose blade. North Carolina Garand owners who shoot vintage military matches, or who keep a rifle as a family piece, often want the correct pattern bayonet on the wall next to it. This example is a used item and is sold as shown.
