This kinko menuki set shows large gold scrolls bound with cords worked in shakudo. The pieces are unsigned and come in a custom box. Listed under SKU MGJ167 in the Japanese swords, fittings and firearms section, the set is sold in used condition with no further grading and no measurements from the supplier.

North Carolina collectors who favor bold, large-scale menuki will find the scroll motif reads clearly even at handle size, and the contrast of gold scroll against dark shakudo cord is the point of the design. Being unsigned, the set is judged on workmanship alone, so study the photographs for the depth of the carving and the condition of the gold. The custom box makes it ready for the shelf as well as for a mount, and size should be checked against the images before planning either.
