Beretta's 688 Performance Sporting is an over/under clay gun in 12 gauge with 30-inch vent rib barrels, extended removable chokes and 3-inch chambers. The B-Fast system gives an adjustable comb and heel so the stock can be fitted to the shooter, and a right-hand palm swell shapes the grip. The metal is blued, the stock is black laminate wood and length of pull is 14.75 inches. Our system lists it as used; the supplier describes it as new and illustrates it with a stock photo.

This is a target gun first, built for sporting clays courses and skeet fields rather than the deer woods, though shotguns are legal in North Carolina gun season if you wanted to press it into service. The long 30-inch barrels and adjustable stock reward shooters who want a repeatable mount, and the extended chokes can be swapped between stations without tools.
