Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, and at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns). By placing an order, you certify that you meet these minimum age requirements and are legally permitted to purchase firearms in your state.

Legal Compliance

All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Purchasers must pass an NICS background check. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. All transfers of firearms must be conducted through a licensed FFL dealer in your local area.

Order Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate product listings and pricing. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. In such cases, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Prohibited Persons

It is unlawful for prohibited persons as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) to purchase or possess firearms. By placing an order, you certify that you are not a prohibited person.

These terms shall be governed by federal law and the laws of the state in which PRK Arms operates.
